In the contacts app enabling the option 'Order by last name' sorts the contacts in the contact list by the last name first and it is sorting by the first name as well.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130411070205
2) Launch the Contacts app on the home screen
3) Go to contact settings by clicking on the setting icon
4) Enable the option 'Order by last name'
5) Tap on the Done button

Actual:
The contacts are sorted by the last name first and sorted by the first name aswell

Expected:
The contact list is sorted by the last name only
