Looks like bug 845052 is still happening in Bango production.
This is still be investigated in Live
This has been fixed.

I saw this happen on -dev again.

STR:
1. Start the purchase of a paid app
2. Get to the confirm your mobile number screen
3. Go get lunch
4. Try to resume the purchase flow
Status: RESOLVED → REOPENED
Resolution: FIXED → ---
I reopened this bug since it was related to timeouts. Let me know if you'd prefer a separate bug
fix on test and live
