Description: The user is unable to have their SD card recognized by the device, blocking them from connecting the device to their computers to transfer files. Repro Steps: 1) Updated to Unagi Build ID: 20130424070204, and make sure a working SD card is in the device. 2) Select Settings, then scroll to the bottom of the page. 3) Select Media Storage and observe the reaction. Actual: Nothing happens. The message "No storage found" is shown in the Media Storage section, despite a valid SD card in the device. Expected: The Media Storage page opens, showing the breakdown of files taking up space and providing a way to connect the device to a computer. Environmental Variables: Occurs on the Unagi device. Note that while Media Storage claims there's no storage found, attempting to open the Music and Gallery apps will load the music and picture files on the SD card.
This bug is a blocking issue for several smoketest test cases. Recommend escalation to PR1.

After further testing, we have discovered that this bug also affects the following areas: Bluetooth file transfers - devices are unable to receive files. Launching camera from lockscreen - "No memory card found" page is shown if the user has a passcode lock set up.
Likely dupe of Bug 865255, or at least the bug referenced in that bug is the root cause.
