1. Current emulator-x86 can only use gdb/gdbserver 6.6 in android ndk
2. Partners and us also want gdb version above 7.4 for some new feature.

I build attachment 741700 [details] (gdb:build=x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu, target=arm-elf-linux-android; gdbserver:host=arm-linux-androideabi) and attachment 741703 [details] (gdb:build=x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu, target=x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu; gdbserver:host=x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu; CC='gcc -m32 -static') based on
*gdb-linaro-7.5-2012.12 and android NDK r8e
*NDK platform is android-14 for b2g v1
*NDK toolchains are arm-linux-androideabi-4.4.3 and x86-4.4.3
