* Move code to clean up AddonPremium, upsell and the like onto the Webapp model and use OnChange, signals, or something to clean up after changing the premium type on an object to free or paid.
* initial_price can fail if there's no results
* there is about 10 lines of free- and paid- platform code
* you can't change make an addon ADDON_FREE_INAPP (bug 857733)
