Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Inari Build ID: 20130425070201
2) Install the Twitter app from the Marketplace.
3) Open the Twitter app and sign into a valid account.
4) Scroll to the top of the list of tweets and observe the scroll bar.

Actual Results:
The scroll bar overlaps the top of the app.

Expected Results:
The scroll bar will not go past the bottom of the top bar in the app.

I'm not able to capture a screenshot of this, but it's a very minor cosmetic issue and probably not something the developer can control.  Recommend WONTFIX.

Agreed. Incredibly minor and not worth outreach.
