"Download and install apps" and "Customize controls, options, settings and preferences" are not localizable in Verbatim. See https://support.mozilla.org/products/firefox-os Note that options, settings and preferences seem redundant. "Customize controls and settings" (setting is preferred in Firefox OS) could be better.
