This is bundled with MixiDJ, and does not use our about:newaddon page when installed.
Apparently they have a full toolbar as well, {C9B68337-E93A-44EA-94DC-CB300EC06444}. I haven't been able to find this anywhere though The minibar's ID (which I forgot in the OP) is webbooster@iminent.com
Iminent have been contacted about this.
We received a reply from the developer. They said they were already working on a fix.
The developers say the new version fixed this problem: http://www.iminent.com/Download Please verify.
These add-ons are being bundled with the TornTV installer at Softonic. They silently install, add a terrible toolbar with animated images, and hijack the homepage and search engine. IDs: ffxtlbr@iminent.com ~1M users webbooster@iminent.com ~5M users Let's block these now, and reset the search and homepage prefs. They've already been warned, and I think this was already clear enough malware to skip the warning entirely.
