Steps to reproduce:
View any image in Firefox.
Actual results:
The dark grey background is grainy. I have attached a screenshot, showing the grain.
Expected results:
The dark grey background should not be grainy.
I use Firefox 20.0.1 on Windows 7 x64. I have an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570, with 13.1 legacy Catalyst drivers.

If you mean the background is not a solid colour, that's intentional. See bug 740668.

Sorry for creating two threads about this, I only intended to create one thread.
If the noise has been added intentionally, then I guess this is not a bug. If I may ask, what was the reason for adding noise to the background of an image document?
Since the noise was added intentionally, I'll change the status of this bug to: RESOLVED - INVALID.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
