Steps to reproduce:

Hello, I am Kim Sang Jun who The Korean local information Research& Development Institute's junior Researcher
Under our company, we are implementing been entrusted the work of "Government Certification Management authority"(http://www.gpki.go.kr) from  Ministry of Security and Public Administration

Ministry of Security and Public Administration(MOSPA), which is the Root Certification Authority (Root CA), designates 5 CAs including the Supreme Prosecutor's Office, 29 RAs including the Board of Audit and Inspection, and about 500 LRAs including the National Intelligence Service.
MOSPA performs a service which authenticates the identification of issue applicants of the government digital signature certificate, registers their information, and issues and manages certificates. 
MOSPA provides 4,000 information systems of all administrative and public agencies with government digital signature certification services such as Internet civil petitionservice (G4C) and administrative information sharing as of April 2013 

Require a certificate to the highest (RootCA), are registered in the operating system and Web browser to use security server certificate (SSL) in a Web browser.


We have already been included in Trusted CA lists at Microsoft 

I will e-mail for them to cooperate for the registration of (RootCA) certificate of the best safety management

So how can i included in Trusted CA lists at mozilla.
