86701 - Personal address book is lost when migrating from 4.72

Build: 06/18 trunk build

When I migrate from 4.72, the personal address book is lost.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Have personal address book on 4.72.
2. Migrate the profile to 6.1
3. Open Address Book from 6.1

You can only see collected address book is migrated. Personal address book is lost.

ji, did you use a netscape build to migrate, or a mozilla build?

if you used a mozilla build, then this is a dup.

4.x AB migration is a netscape only feature, so if you used a commercial build
you should log a bugscape bug.
