 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 Failed to create IMAP account
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.Input right username and password;
 2.Create IMAP account manually or automatically;
 3.It always display "Please wait while your account is set up",but fail to create IMAP account-->ko
 
 PS:Use WIFI and SIM card,when create IMAP account,it has the same behavior,but exchange account can be created successfully;
 
 123+DT is ok.
 126+TF has the same behavior as 126+DT.

Very likely a dupe of bug 863807. Marking as duplicate until more details are provided as in comment 2 so we can test with a more recent build.
