When switching from viewing a bugzilla query to "Edit this Query" an extra scrollbar appears on the original page just seconds before the new page is displayed.
Was viewing this query: http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/buglist.cgi?bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=REOPENED&email1=hewitt%7Candreww%7Changas%7Cgerman%7Cmarlon%7Cjglick%7Cgail%40netscape&emailtype1=regexp&emailassigned_to1=1&email2=&emailtype2=substring&emailreporter2=1&bugidtype=include&bug_id=&changedin=&votes=&chfieldfrom=&chfieldto=Now&chfieldvalue=&target_milestone=mozilla0.9.2&short_desc=&short_desc_type=substring&long_desc=&long_desc_type=substring&bug_file_loc=&bug_file_loc_type=substring&status_whiteboard=&status_whiteboard_type=substring&keywords=&keywords_type=anywords&field0-0-0=noop&type0-0-0=noop&value0-0-0=&cmdtype=doit&newqueryname=&order=bugs.target_milestone%2C+map_assigned_to.login_name%2C+bugs.bug_id and two bugs were displayed on the screen for that query. Then bonk on "Edit this Query" and an extra scrollbar appears in upper left hand corner of page.
Not sure I hit the right component with this bug. I am just guessing that one of the scrolling lists in the next page is drawing this scrollbar. Did not try this on any other platform but Mac. Was using Mac build 2001061908.
Yep. I see that too. That'd be the scrollbar of one of the selects showing as the page comes in. Not visible on windows, but a similar defect (but not quite) has been visible on linux for a loooong time (bugs are filed somewhere for linux). -> HTML Form Controls, although note that rods is away for the next two months, so if this is grieving you badly, bump it to Layout.
