Steps to Reproduce the issue
1- Open the browser Mozilla
2- open the site: http://people.mozilla.org/~kmcmillan/mktdev.htm
3- Download the app: In-App Payment Tester
4- open the App "In-app Pay"
5- Tap " Call Navigator.mozPay()" Button
6- Shows an error screen
