We should look into benefits of reading-ahead the startup cache, similar to the other large files. The startupCache file is several megabytes

^^ 25 seconds to load an entry from a startupCache file stored on an SD card
to be clear, startupcache is a zip file that will automagically benefit from our zip readahead code once it's written out in optimized mode.
