Once we have the C++ WebRTC unit tests working

We need to get them working in test automation.
Depends on: 865956
bug 811404 covers getting the C++ test binaries + harness files in the test package, and bug 811409 is the desktop bug to get them running as a separate test job.

Since B2G is now a Tier 3 platform I don't think we'll be investing the time to make this work.
