User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:20.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/20.0
Build ID: 20130329030832

Steps to reproduce:

I received an event invitation that was sent to a mailing list and pressed the Accept button. I have a google calendar setup on which I can normally accept appointments.

This always happens for similar invites.

Actual results:

I get a pop-up "An error occurred when writing to the calendar Home (Google)"
Error code: MODIFICATION_FAILED
Description:

Processing message failed: Status:804a0002.

Expected results:

An accept message should be emailed back to the sender (not the list) and the event should appear on the calendar.

Btw. the Reply-To: header of the message is set to the list
The Return-Path: header of the message is set to a bounce address.

bijwaard, is this still an issue for you in current TB 38.6.0 and Lightning 4.0.6?

If so, are you using the Provider for Google or the built in Caldav to access Google calendar? Also, can you attach an complete example email (not just the ics part)?

I'm no longer using the Google calendar (I've setup Baikal on my Synology NAS and use the Sogo connector in TB), so I cannot easily verify whether this is still a problem.

Thanks. For your current setup, this is no issue anymore?
I'm have not received invitations over lists lately, and don't remember having the issue with my current setup.
Thank you. Resolving incomplete for now. If you happen to re-test with a Google calendar, it turns out to still be an issue and you can provide the requested information, feel free to reopen.
