The "Audioteka" app
DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
Some host apps' icon will turn to system default icon on homescreen.
REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
1. Download code to phone and power on, every icon is normal on homescreen.
See screenshot for normal, Audioteka as an example.
2. Wait a moment, some host apps' icon changed to system default one.
(I guess apps were updated)

Some infomation:
The Audioteka app is removable, so on the phone,
the app is both in /system/b2g/webapps and /data/local/webapps.
When the icon is normal, the manifest in /data/local/webapps is normal.

When the icon is abnormal, the manifest in /data/local/webapps is abnormal.

The icon should display normally.

To whoever reported that bug: the metadata.json associated with the app is probably wrong, especially the "origin" property. Please discuss with Yuren if necessary and see Bug 862418.
