return "PROXY full.its.deakin.edu.au:3128; PROXY mini.its.deakin.edu.au:3128";
netscape 4/ie etc.. let you return multiple proxies..
if one goes off line it falls over to the next one..
currently netscape doesn't fall over to the next one .. it just stops working
when the first proxy fails.
