Not too long ago there wasn't ever a bar that showed email was being sent, and
now mozilla has one, but that shows no relevant info. It should fill up to
display how close is the mail to being sent. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Send mail


Actual Results:  Very dull bar shows up when sending mail

Expected Results:  A nicer bar that shows up progress

I thought bugs were only supposed to be marked CLOSED when the product ships.
