[Peak] No FTE after Peak unboxing

Details

After unboxing the Peak, putting the battery and a microSD (no SIM) and turning it on I didn't had the FTE, resulting of having the interface/keyboard in Korean (or was it Japan ?) and also January/Year 1980.

I had to manually adjust settings.
Summary: No FTE after Peak unboxing → [Peak] No FTE after Peak unboxing
Flashing a nightly on my Peak I have the FTE.
I saw the Fte on the build that was on there when I first unboxed my Peak.
Should we mark as worksforme?
I guess it was a bad luck, now GP ships with 1.1.1 and doesn't seems to have the issue.
