From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.1) Gecko/20010607
BuildID: 2001060703

If you don't make Mozilla your default browser at install, it's unclear how to
do it later.

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Mozilla
2. Decline the dialogs that make Mozilla your default browser
3. Decide Mozilla is excellent.
4. So how to make it my default browser? There's no preference to change file
associations/mime types, there's no menu command to do this, there's no
documentation on how to do it.

Actual Results: I was stumped. Even if I drag a URL into Mozilla from another
app, my default browser (Netscape 4.77) launches.

Expected Results: Documentation on how to make Mozilla your default browser
after you declined.

Bug 69644 "only able to register all file types or none" is somewhat related.
The reason I didn't make Moz my default is because it didn't give me this level
of control
John G., maybe something you want to investigate?
-->Jatin. Seems like "default browser" should be verbiage in the Netscape help
index (and in the end-user book). If the content doesn't get carried over to the
Mozilla help, may be worth release noting in the Moz notes only.

Didn't we have a served document that showed users how to make Netscape the
default browser? I can't seem to find it online though. Steve, are you
recommending that we document how to make Netscape the default browser after
bypassing the default browser dialog box?
I'm not suggesting anything. If you think this is not a doc bug or that there is
already documentation, then mark the bug accordingly. However, it does seem that
"default browser" is verbiage that users use, but that we don't use in our
index/help content. And it does seem that users want to make Netscape the
default browser after "bypassing" the dialog box.
