SecureMail message when no key is set doesn't seem to be grammatically correct.

I don't have an encryption key set for secure bugmail, so I just get a generic message when a secure bug I'm Cc'd to gets updated. It currently reads: This email would have contained sensitive information, and you have not set a PGP/GPG key or SMIME certificate in the "Secure Mail" section of your user preferences. But I think it would read better as something like: This email would have contained sensitive information, but you have not set a PGP/GPG key or SMIME certificate in the "Secure Mail" section of your user preferences. Or possibly like: This email would have contained sensitive information if you had set a PGP/GPG key or SMIME certificate in the "Secure Mail" section of your user preferences.
Thanks. I have chosen your first correction.
