Another change bug based on Bug 844658 (last one)

Right now:
If text is available in the clipboard and text field is not empty: three options displayed: paste, select, select all.

We should move "Paste" after "Select, Select All". iOS and Android has "Paste" after "Select". And it's probably based on the frequency of use.
