Seems to have been caused by bug 866561 landing on Aurora. Not sure why we're only seeing this on Fx22 and not Fx23 (m-c/inbound). Avi, any idea what might be missing from 22 that could be contributing to this? https://tbpl.mozilla.org/php/getParsedLog.php?id=22617656&tree=Mozilla-Aurora Rev3 WINNT 5.1 mozilla-aurora debug test mochitest-1 on 2013-05-05 16:02:37 PDT for push 82b5a8160005 slave: talos-r3-xp-127 23:39:47 INFO - 200463 ERROR TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | /tests/content/media/test/test_reset_src.html | mozPaintedFrames should be positive, is 0. 23:42:07 INFO - 212486 ERROR TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | /tests/content/smil/test/test_smilExtDoc.xhtml | No animation detected after waiting 10000ms 23:47:34 INFO - 218612 ERROR TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | /tests/content/smil/test/test_smilRepeatTiming.xhtml | Test timed out. 23:47:43 INFO - 218747 ERROR TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | /tests/content/smil/test/test_smilTimeEvents.xhtml | Timed out waiting for events: beginEvent, beginEvent 23:47:54 INFO - 220906 ERROR TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | /tests/content/svg/content/test/test_animLengthUnits.xhtml | (3) Unexpected value for animVal after changing font-size whilst frozen - got 50, expected 70 23:54:08 INFO - 237675 ERROR TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | /tests/content/xbl/test/test_bug821850.html | Test timed out. 23:59:38 INFO - 237678 ERROR TEST-UNEXPECTED-FAIL | /tests/content/xbl/test/test_bug844783.html | Test timed out.
Bug 836869 landed a week ago. Other than this, I don't recall others off the top of my head. Can we get a regression range better than fx22 -> 23?
My range is "Happens on Aurora, doesn't happen on m-c."
If the cause is indeed bug 866561, then I'd think something unrelated to that bug (possibly the tests themselves) makes incorrect assumptions about timing. The reason being that bug 866561 only sets high-res timers mode while playing video. It should not have any effect other than make video timing more accurate. How frequent is this failure? is it limited to windows?
The logs are posted in here. Twice so far, Windows only.
