86993 - Buttons and texts move in the "Enter your password" dialog, when hovering

Description

[Andreas Becker]

- start Netscape 6.1 email client
- make sure an email account is configured
- click on "Nachr. abrufen" ("Get Messages")
- "Geben Sie Ihr Kennwort ein" window appears
- move your mouse over the checkbox "Kennwor-Manager zum Speichern dises 
  Kennworts verwenden" ("Save passwort in your password-manager")

***Result: 
- the checkbox and the text moves a little bit
- the buttons "OK" and "Abbrechen" move a little bit too

***Expected:
Nothing should happen if you move your mouse over the checkbox

Can you specify the build you are using?  (ie. build date).  Thanks.   Is this
only in localized builds?   If not, this bug needs to be filed in Bugzilla.

Lisa - They are using the PR1, as part fo the Omni Beta Distributor program. Pls
be patient with Olver, as they are new to the bug process, and have been asked
to place their bugs in bugscape, as disti customers.

I think MailNews QA or iQA needs to look at the report, and determine whether it
is CORE or L10N. Over to Msanz for direction.

I don't see this on the latest mozilla "trunk" build 2001070108 on windows 98
using English or Malay localization.
