Steps to reproduce:
I went to my current app or any other website which uses Twitter Bootstrap, for example: http://twitter.github.io/bootstrap/base-css.html#forms search for "<select" tag to see an example
Actual results:
No arrow is shown on select box.
Expected results:
Arrow should have been shown like in a classic select box.

Verifying that it does happen on OS X's current Nightly.
Linux is unaffected.

Ever confirmed: true
Verifying that it DOES NOT happen on Windows 8 using current Nightly.
I've got additional info using mozregression tool:
Last good nightly: 2013-05-02
