87007 - Unable to close Sidebar on Spinner.com page

Testing using 06_18_07_trunk build on Win98 (will test Mac and Linux tomorrow)

1. Go the URL above.
2. Click on 'Classical' under the 'Music' category on the left side of the page.
3. Click on one of the links under the heading 'Classical' (I used 'Bach').
4. When the 'Bach' page displays, the sidebar is generated. Try closing the 
sidebar.

Expected result: Sidebar should close
Actual result: Sidebar closes and immediately re-opens.

Tested using the following:

Mac: 6/21/04_trunk
Linux: 6/20/06_trunk

On Mac, the sidebar is not displayed (if it should display and it doesn't, is 
this a separate bug?). Linux shows the same problem as Windows. 

Using key word 'pp' since this particular problem I am only seeing on Windows 
and Linux.

this appears to be a more generic problem.  I can open the sidebar (if it was 
previously collapsed fully) by clicking on the middle of the sidebar frame.  But 
once it's open, I can't collapse it by clicking on the same sidebar frame.

this is with Windows build 20010730 daily build.

Tested on 09_28_06_trunk build. No longer see this problem. Verifying WORKSFORME.
