 Notifications of new text disappear when the DuT is restarted. New SMS notification disappear
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 
 1. Arrange a SMS to be sent to the DuT
 2. Verify the reception of the message and the New SMS notification
 3. Restart the DuT"
 4.Check if the sms notification appears.
 
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 
 The new SMS notification should remains on DuT main screen.

triage with tef: tef-, not a blocker for tef. set tracking-b2g18+

v1.1.0 still has the problem, notifications will not be kept after restart phone.
