After paired with Bluetooth device with COD 0x20080C, Settings app call getPairedDevice and it could return empty icon property. This could cause icon missing.

I opened another bug 870763 for tracking COD/SDP related issues.
We shall have a better mechanism instead of using ICON from Bluez.

I've verified this patch on May 13 daily build. HFP TC_AG_COD_BV_02_I passed.

Unable to verify. Lack of resources. Need Bluetooth PTS tool to verify.
