During work on bug 858731, and based on the resolved fixed bug 761600, it looks like we could re-enable
mutt/mutt/tests/js/elementslib/stale_element.js
in its corresponding tests.ini.
Let me know if appropriate, and I will re-enable it.

Patch "re-enable stale element (master) rev1.0" for Master. One file modified.
This re-enables stale_element.js for mutt. Uploading a patch in advance of confirmation we want to re enable the test, so we have one ready.
Tested with Default Nightly 23.0a1 20130508031113. Tests in elementslib including stale_element, pass as expected.
Feel free to set the review flag accordingly as needed.

If it passes now we should do so. Sorry for missing to re-enable it in my implementation bug.
