workaround graphical jank in the titlebar when saving files in media apps

The Gallery, Music and Video apps now have the ability to display a save button in their open activities. When the user clicks save, the save button is hidden. If the text to the left of the save button has overflowed and is being displayed with ..., then when the save button disappears, the display gets corrupted as shown in the screenshots I'm going to attach.
Obviously there is a gecko bug here, but we probably need to workaround it in gaia.
I'm filing as an SMS bug, but really, it needs to make minor changes to the open activities of the media apps.

All three media apps hide the Save button by setting the hidden property to true. I'm guessing that switching to display:none instead (or something similarly simple) will allow us to work around this.
Marking this as blocking 840065 and setting leo? because the parent bug is already leo+.

This bug will be fixed by the patch I've attached to bug 870584. This bug and that one were both so simple that it was easiest to fix them at the same time.
I've reported the underlying gecko bug as bug 870619.
