870867 - investigate mirroring failure noted in bug 790765

As noted in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=790765#c23
empty.xpi was missing from mozprofile's tests/empty directory. Casual
inspection did not show why this would be the case.  I presume that
there is a flaw in
http://mxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/mozbase/generate_diff.py
but have not been able to locate it.

The commit that this failed on should be found.  The reason for
failure should be located.  Ideally, a check should be implemented
such that the class of failures should not recur.  It would be nice to
have a dynamic list of mozbase in m-c changes such that these things
were easier to track down, but this is not prioritized.

In running generate_diff.py for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=872285 I noticed that empty.xpi was correctly in the diff.  Not sure what happened last time, but it looks like probably some other factor but the script.

I'll close this, but probably worth keeping an eye on.
