I saw css pages under /ja/.
What happened?

Unnecessary French tag(CSS Référence) are now automatically added to Japanese pages.

I tried to delete the tag, but fails.
What should have happened?

Many people trying to erase the tag.
History without meaning has been created.

Looks like these are both duplicates of bug 776048. Let me know if I am mistaken.
