871914 - Blank page on image upload

While trying to upload an image through a form (e.g https://wiki.mozilla.org/Special:FormEdit/FirefoxClub/In_Da_Club ) you end up in a blank page with no redirection back to the form.

If I recall correctly the image upload should be a modal within the form page and not a new tab.

I don't see any option to upload an image within the form on https://wiki.mozilla.org/Special:FormEdit/FirefoxClub/In_Da_Club, the only upload facility is that within the sidebar (leading to the standard functionality for a MediaWiki wiki). Could you provide more information about the issue you are having please.

We removed the upload functionality as it was not working.

Most of these problems can be resolved quickly after turning error reporting on.
