Details
STR:
1. Create a new folder on disk ("e:\1\")
2. Install Firefox - custom install
3. Enter the installation path manually via the text box ("e:\1\")
4. Press Next
AR: You don't have sufficient disk space to install
Repro on nightly 23, ff 4.0.1
Note: "e:\1" instead of "e:\1\" at step 3) works fine

I've seen something like this for a while.
1. I don't create the directory in advance
2. install, custom
3. specify (for example) C:\Program Files\mozilla.org\FF 25.0a1 2013-07-30
(I don't put an ending "\"
4. Press Next
5. error
6. Press Next again (i.e. I typed nothing/made no modifications after step 3)
