Attachment: artifacts in text of mozilla page

If the hardware acceleration is enabled, there are artifacts around the text when scrolling any web page containing some text (picture or video display is not affected). After turning off smooth scroll, the situation got somewhat better but is still far from good. 

The error have persisted through several version of Firefox and now it became so annoying to me that I have decided to report it. 

I have the latest driver.

Here is my hardware configuration:

Yes, it really seems to be a duplicate bug. Sorry for that. I haven't find the original thread. Anyway, there is the information from about:support page.
