 Description: 
 
 There is no possibility to download any media content - e.g. mp3 files, videos... and play it afterwards.
 
 
 Customer Impact Statement: 
 
 Customers cannot download any kind of music or videos for playback afterwards, so there is no possibility to gain additional revenue by selling music etc
 
 Expected Behaviour: 
 
 Device is capable of downloading at least a basic set of media types (mp3 music, 3gpp video, mp4 video) and allowing playback of these.
