Javascript dropdown menus in certain places and on certain sites are not displaying buttons or anything to distinguish them from simple textboxes.
This only seems to happen to certain types of dropdowns, though I don't know enough about HTML and jScript to say what makes them different. I will say, however, that the dropdowns that exhibit this behavior have, in the past, displayed like combo boxes (they looked like a textbox with an arrow button despite not being able to be typed in). Those dropdowns that look like non-typable, more traditional dropdowns are not affected. I've clarified this more in the attached image.
While I can't say for certain that it was in the same build, I feel like I noticed this issue appear at the same time as the overlay scrollbars were implemented in Nightly.

Which build is this in? Looks a lot like bug 869314.
This issue is still present in the latest Nightly (2013-5-16).
And yes, that looks like the same issue to me as well.

Confirmed to be fixed with the patch in 869314, so marking as duplicate.
