https://tbpl.mozilla.org/php/getParsedLog.php?id=22973535&full=1&branch=mozilla-inbound was an Android debug build that cleared 12.36GB of space (target is 12GB) and ran out of room; odds are that it's not debug-only that has increased what it needs, and we mostly just wind up purging way more than we say we need so we haven't hit it elsewhere yet.

Actually, let's make that for pretty much everything, since I'm looking at a linux64 PGO that freed 11.65GB for a requirement of 10GB, filled the disk and sent a slave off to fail to do the next 50 jobs.
OS: Android → All
Hardware: ARM → All
Summary: Bump space required for Android builds → Bump space required for builds

I always forget how awkward it is to make any kind of a reasonable guess at who needs what, since most builds are on ec2 slaves that mostly have ~130GB free. So I just gave a couple more to the two things that I know have been running out and sending slaves on rampages, android-debug and linux64 (which I assume must be where linux64-pgo gets its build_space from).
