Should put the Signature above the Quoted Text, when "start my reply above the
quoted text" is selected in prefs.

Location of signature should match pref setting or be a pref itself.

It is silly to have a reply above a long message and have the signature way down
below where no-one will see it.

I have started a discussion thread under "netscape.public.mozilla.wishlist"

The subject is: 
Mozilla should put the Signature ABOVE the Quoted Text, when "start my reply
above the quoted text" is selected in prefs

I have also requested that bug 62429 be *reopened*.
I think the wontfix was based on a whim and poor understanding of the problem.
