User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.31 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/26.0.1410.64 Safari/537.31
Steps to reproduce:
The Firefox PDF viewer WILL PRINT an Adobe Acrobat PDF document that has Security Properties set to "Printing Not Allowed." Firefox should NOT allow such a PDF to be printed (through normal printing channels like the browser).
Example: http://www.postcard.org/sfbapcc2013-05-s.pdf
Actual results:
The Adobe Acrobat PDF document that has Security Properties set to "Printing Not Allowed" WAS PRINTED by the Firefox PDF viewer.
(It does NOT print in Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Safari browsers.)
Expected results:
The Adobe Acrobat PDF document should NOT have printed.
I have attached a zip file called "pdf-problem.zip." It contains 2 files:
screen-shots.pdf
sfbapcc2013-05-s(password-is-firefox).pdf
You can test with the "sfbapcc2013-05-s(password-is-firefox).pdf" file. The password is firefox (all lowercase).
Thank you for your help on fixing this.

Does not need to stay security-sensitive.
I don't think that we should honor this PDF flag. We aim to give users control, not content authors, and we certainly would not support a content flag that prevented users from printing web sites.
I recommend WONTFIX, but I'm not the module owner.
