Steps to reproduce:
Go to any webpage that requires scrolling and enable the new scrollbar style (should be enabled by default), zoom in on the page using View > Zoom > Zoom In or [Cmd][+]
Actual results:
Scrollbar width increased
Expected results:
Scrollbar width should remain fixed
