TPS is a test harness used for testing Firefox Sync. It's currently running on an ESXi in the Mountain View office. Prior to the MV office move, we'd like to move this harness on to an IT-managed VM in one of our data centers. Please create a VM for this with the following characteristics: OS: Ubuntu 12.04 64-bit RAM: 2 GB Disk space: 30 GB name: tps.ateam.phx1.mozilla.com (or ..scl3...) user accounts, all of which should have sudo access: * jgriffin, ctalbert, bc, mcote, all @mozilla.com * a 'mozauto' user account network flows: * TCP to pulse.mozilla.org:5672 * TCP to brasstacks1.dmz.scl3.mozilla.com:80 * TCP to mail.mozilla.com:465
This looks good to me for provisioning, however you will have to open separate bugs for the network flows, in the appropriate component.

Tried to get this knocked out today. Had some trouble with the Ubuntu iso installing. First on my list for tomorrow.
(In reply to Rick Bryce [:rbryce] from comment #2) > Tried to get this knocked out today. Had some trouble with the Ubuntu iso > installing. First on my list for tomorrow. I have battled getting this VM intalled. The install finished, but puppetizing always fails, reporting the package manager is not installed properly. Im going to download the latest ubuntu iso, and try that.
Finally got a good build on the VM. Puppetized, generic and virtualization nagios checks added. NO RHN (Ubuntu) Sudoers added as requested. https://inventory.mozilla.org/en-US/systems/show/10508
