STR I originally took (haven't reproduced it again yet though): 1. Go to http://mysecondwebrtc.appspot.com/ on Chrome and Firefox 2. Register the remote client ID on Chrome (starts PC handshake) Expected: We will fail since DtlsStrpKeyAgreement was not specified to be true. Actual: We get an odd failure in the log that said "DCB has not been created."

No more info and can't repro it
