Steps to reproduce:

Thought I finally got myself off of notifications of
https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=156
by removing myself from the CC list.


Actual results:

Kept on getting mail

and then found there is no way to stop notifications without
1) removing my vote OR
2) removing notifications for any bug I voted for


Expected results:

There should be a helpful link in the mail to the exact place where one can change this, and change it for just this one bug.
