This is reproducing every time I check for updates.
Restarting the browser and running the update check fixed it for me. Weird.
Status: NEW → RESOLVED

Resolution: --- → WORKSFORME
Closest thing to land was on 5/16 for bug 572162 which moved the update directory.
But it seems like at least one or more updates were done after this landed before this was encountered. 

May just be a bad download of an update.
Please re-open if anyone else sees this.
Updates in metro landed in bug 794937 on 05-22 but the first nightly it would appear in would be 05-23 (so no code from 05-23 would have been executed in your case).
