Set app.update.log = true in about:config.
Go to Help -> About and check for updates
The Error Console will show the logging details of the update, but the Browser Console isn't.

This is happening in the 5/21 Nightly on Win7.

Thanks for the report! This is most likely caused by bug 859756. Please retest once that patch lands.

Ah, I forgot that patch bounced. I'll retest when that bug gets fixed.
