The URL above only partially loads the first time you view it. If you look at the HTML, "View/Page Source", you will see that the end of the page is missing including the end of a form and the closing body and html tags. Mozilla thinks the page has loaded: both the throbber and the barber pole have stopped. If you reload the page, the whole page is loaded. If you then go to Preferences and clear your caches and reload the page again, it is only partially loaded. Reproducible always. To reproduce: 1) Go to the URL. Look at page source and see that the end of the page is missing. 2) Reload the page. The page is fully loaded this time. 3) Clear your caches. 4) Reload the page. The page is only partially loaded again. Tested with Mozilla trunk build 2001062306 on Linux. I am guessing that this is cache related, but that is only a guess.
I can confirm this on linux, build 2001062506 as well as 0.9.1. Netscape 4.77 works fine, though, therefore adding 4xp keyword.

Dupe of 82720, although this case appears fixed now (possibly with the charset patch which went in) *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 82720 ***
