This makes it possible to do one fewer clicks if you know who you're asking info from. You should be able to customize if you want one of the special cases in that menu, not the other way around.
when i'm using needinfo i rarely use 'other', most of my targets are the reporter, so i wasn't sure if 'other' was the obvious default choice.
however, as luck would have it, we have a database sitting nearby which i can query :)
anyone 3% ( 808)
reporter 32% ( 7,656)
assignee 13% ( 3,096)
other 52% (12,522)
let's swap the positions of 'other' and 'anyone'.
Assignee: nobody → glob
